I disagree Ric. We don't need an apprentice running the U21s. We need an experienced man who can get the best out of them.

After Pearce's post match waffling and blame avoidance, I'd suggest that anyone from the age of three upwards could do a better "to camera" interview. Come to think of it, results would probably improve too.
