There have been 20 captains of England Rugby Union Team since it went professional, who are they? I have Wakefield, Beaumont, Carling, Johnson, Pullin, Moody, Borthwick and Tindall. and which Aviva Premiership team has had the majority of the captains playing for them? Thank you.

it went pro in 1995, here's what I can come up with, remember some may have only done a part of a game etc.
Carling, Johnson, Tindall, Moody, Dawson, wilkinson, Dallaglio, Vickery, leonard, Borthwick, Corry, Back,
