Two teams are automatically promoted from the Championship to the Premiership. Are there two identical trophies?

I don't know but I'd have thought the winner gets a winner's trophy and the second place team doesn't

The only trophies issued are to the Champions, QPR, and the play off winners. The team who comes second get nothing.

No, one league, one cup the winner of the league takes it.
