Those funny stick men games

Can anyone remember those funny online games people used to play a few years back. They used to get sent to me at work. They were a step by step game, i.e. you had to do something which affected something else etc etc, normally with a little stick man as a character, or there were several of them and you were trying to achieve a goal. I never got very far and fancied having another go, but I cannot remember what they were called, or where I might find them on the internet.
