They are both excellent, but it has to be Stewie Griffin everytime.

My favourite is when Stewie and Brain are hitchhiking and Brian starts singing...

Stewie: "who sings that song"
Brian: "James Taylor"
Stewie: "yeah, let's keep it that way"

I've used it many times since.
