If you never watch football or if your team is already out of the FA cup, there's never been a better reason to get behind Hull City tomorrow than this!

Come on The Tigers - just looked that up. You have a new bunch of supporters limbering up here for much shouting at the telly tomorrow afternoon.

I'm always puzzled by pundits who say that one team should obviously be favourites because of their so called world class stars, their pedigree, where they've finished in the league etc. It's the FA Cup final! ANYTHING can happen (and does!) to the 'bigger' teams, history will bear that out. It's a one off, where sometimes the occasion gets to the star players...

hello Maydup

i have no interest in, or knowledge of football at all - but i agree with you about the arrogance of such a presumption

i might just tune in tomorrow and cheer on Hull City
Football has gone into decline so wont be watching the cup final .Its quite sad that such a showpiece has lost its sparkle .Cup final just go on and on after the viewer has lost interest .It is hyped up the station showing , no I will be mowing lawn cutting hedges painting the fence .Will have a little wager on Arsenal 3- 1 tell me how it goes.
It's not arrogance it's just sensible forward planning

Is it so very different from having the famous 'Green Jacket' ready for the winner of the US Masters golf competition?

Arsenal made similar plans in 2006 before their Champions League final against Barcelona in Paris.

They were beaten 2-1

You can do it Hull!
If Arsenal lose they can let Roy Hodgson and the boys use it in July ;)

LOL Magicmick, they will need it won't they?
Maydup I have always said you have to be in it to win it, anything can happen
Well being a Spurs supporter I expect you can guess who I will be cheering on :)
Sorry fairlight we have digressed to the World Cup , but coming from up north I'm with Hull

Just on the basis of backing former United Captain Steve Bruce I'll be hoping the underdogs do it. The fact that'll it'll be funny about Arsenal will be a bonus.

It's a one off, where sometimes the occasion gets to the star players come unstuck, that's why we enjoy it so much.
And as I type, we certainly have a game on at 2-1.
