ihave some money invested in my ex's business. i am not getting on with him. He is trying to make me change it to a loan, i really would like to get out of it all together and get my money back, he says if i take him to cort he will only give me 20. per week. he really isnt very nice at the moment. anyway i just wondered if anyone knows and can help on the best thing i should do. hes saying that he owes a guy money before me but hes trying alot of ways for me to switch it to a loan, i have a feeling im best of with the investment and taking him to court and making him liquidise the company. as the economy isnt that good at the moment please someone help me know the law. i will have to seak legal advice but if some one could help me now then i would be very grateful as i really dont know anything about a loan he has no house as or any assets so im really in a dilema thank you if anyone can tiara
