A male careworker was accused of having a two year sexual relationship with a girl he works with.(childrens home). The worker was suspended and interviewed about sexual assault. The girl also claimed the male worker text her. NO evidence was found of sexual assault or texts. 3 years later after he has had a new police check..All this information is on his cbr (police check) The worker has been back to work 3 years but this on his cbr is stopping him furthering his career.

is this right??
