Got enough spare(ish) cash to go holiday, husband has a week or so lull at work and he has got an appointment on Tuesday to get child #3's passport - but we have scoured the net and can't find anything that we can afford or is within our time frame. Bugger!

Don't care where, must be hot with water parks.
Hi Sara - husband did the travel agents this afternoon and had no luck. travel agent did say we would have more chance with a cruise but not so sure with the two littlest being so young (and one of them being so naughty).

Clarification please, Sherrardk:
Does "departing anytime from about Wednesday this week . . . till Sunday" mean that you must come back on Sunday or that you can leave anytime between Wednesday and Sunday? (If the latter, does that mean that a full week is still what you're looking for, irrespective of the departure day?)
Further, which airports are acceptable to you? I'm assuming that Bristol and Cardiff are OK. Any others?

I'm finding quite a few apparent deals but with insufficient detail available to guarantee that the accommodation will be suitable for your family. For example, this might be a possibility:
Depart Wed 20/07 from Bristol Airport for 7 nights, all inclusive, at Club Cala Romani, Callas de Mallorca, Majorca. £371pp. (Approx £2600 in total, so well within your budget).

Perhaps if you phone Teletext Holidays (0844 767 0870) they can find you something to meet your needs?
