Hi, ive been living in my house now for nearly 3 years, we had a granny annex built to the side of the property, since then we have had many paranormal sightings, we have had the investigation team in and they also have proof of the visitors, they have put the video onto their site of my house which is intresting reading, but what i want to know if anyone can help me,is why on most mornings do i smell toast being cooked when i am the only one home, i dont want the team to come back out, so i thought somebody on here might know why? Thank you

Perhaps your Apparition met with an untimely death whilst making breakfast or perhaps toast was their favourite snack. Is your home attached to any neighbours, who maybe making toast?

I find all this intriguing, even though I've never witnessed anything Paranormal. Have you personally seen or felt anything? Would you be willing to share with us the website, where the video of your home is posted?

Smells are very common with this type of phenomena, I should know as in our home we have witnessed many different things caused by our resident spirit, prefume, bacon cooking, bread baking etc. we too have had the academic experts in, amongst the most notable was the late Montague Keen, a brilliant and most cautious and thorough investigater, Montague through his years of experience confirmed we had a spirit here, with his help we found out who she was, she is a loveable spirit and has over the last ten years been very much a part of our family.

I tend to talk to ones I can feel as long as it's not too threatening a presence. My ex's family had a 300 year old farmhouse and you'd hear footsteps, the dog would go mad at random places where there was nothing there and in one of the rooms I used to stay in it was like being watched from one of the corners of the room. I'd just say I didn't mean it any harm and hoped it didn't wish me any harm either.

I work in an old building too and sometimes when I go into the lift on my own, the button to my floor is pressed without anyone being anywhere near it (it doesn't do that when someone calls it from another floor) and I just smile and say thank you :)

Please relax, if you have not yet had a bad experience you will most likely never have one, most spirits just want to have someone to hear of their plight, try typing the details into your computer, spirits love them as a means of communication.

Would love to see the video. We had a poltergiest in a shop we owned when i was about 13, no harm caused and certainly no flying plates etc but a very helpful spirit.

So what did you find out about your spirit? Is her presence only felt at certain times or is it all the time? Do you ever feel frightened or uneasy?

Do you think in order to experience Paranormal activity, the brain has to be "wired" in a certain way?
