Cetti, I was under the impression that you lived in the States, but I've just looked at a thread in Seasonal and it seems you're here in the UK. Oh, please put me straight ..... I'm confused.

The question is does Cetti live here or in the USA, and since I've asked her to put me straight I would have thought that was obvious.

Hello naomi!

It suddenly becomes clearer now about something you said a few days ago. When we spoke about our carol singing evening you mentioned the time difference. I didn't say anything as I imagined one of us had lubricated our throats a little early in readiness for the big sing ....

Thanks so much for getting back to me, Cetti. I can't imagine where I got the idea that you lived in the States. I can only think I got you mixed up with someone else. You must have thought I was completely potty babbling on about time differences! It was definitely nothing to do with the vino collapso though - well, at least, not on this occasion! Happy Christmas - and cheers!
I'm really intrigued now as I've never knowingly given any other assumption than that I live in Dorset, apart from two and a half years in the Cotswolds, that is.

Perhaps it's because I chat to Clanad when our paths cross, who I believe is from Texas. Not to worry. A very Merry Christmas to you too and lots of Cheers in your glass as well!

Yes, maybe that's it. Either that, or it's just another of life's little mysteries. x
Not Texas, Cetti... about 700 to 800 miles further north! Not that there's anything wrong with Texas, though!... Have a really blessed Christmas! (to one and all)...
Question Author
Aha!! Clanad Just as Cetti suggested. Well, that seems to have clarified it and put my fuzzy brain to rights. Thank you very much - and I wish you a very Merry Christmas.
May I also add my my best wishes to you all, for a very merry Christmas, and a very happy and peaceful new year. God bless you all.
