I am having baked beans and sausages again with bread and butter. Cheap and delicious on a sandwich!

Tigger, why don't you have eggy-bread with lettuce and tomatoes?
Fried eggs on toast with hot tomatoes on top! (Give the lettuce to the neighbours pet rabbit!)
homemade soup
Question Author
Better still, braise the rabbit with the tomatoes and cook the eggs by poaching them in the oven with the rabbit stew.

What about rabbit dove?
Hi skreechy,

I didn't bother eating anything in the end. Lost my appetite because something horrible happened. The rabbit hopped away as I was coming at it with a meat cleaver anyway! LOL

Hi Tiggerblue, I hope everything turned out rosie for you. I've never tasted rabbit but I had been imagining what it would be like braised after eating some venison stew that had been keeping me going last week. I hear it's nice. My stew had bacon, venison, flour, beef stock, celery, carrots, potatoes, shallots, s&p, nutmeg, ginger, bay leaves, possibly a hint of Lee n Perrins (not sure!) in it. Served it with rice. Was very nice. Sprigs of mint would have made it an expensive meal in a restaurant I reckon. but it cost very little per meal and I had 3 out of it!
Anyway, why do elephants have big ears?

coz noddy wouldn't pay the randsom!!!
