ok i have this friend that lives in virginia and she lives with her biological aunt and uncle by marriage.......well her uncle has 2 kids and so they are her aunts stepkids........there is a 21 your old young man and she is 18 years old...........is this incest because they are only related by marriage??? they are NOT anywhere near blood related!!!!! and her aunt and uncle are her FOSTER parents but she is NOT adopted!!!! is this incest???? please help!!!

This is a UK site so its perhaps unlikely that anyone will know the laws involved. However I can't see how its incest given the circumstances you describe.

It's not incest from the sounds of things. (Although american law is really not my forte!)

They might still face some harsh times though as it could be viewed uncomfortably by others.
