I can’t reply to your Q Sandy , but I haven’t seen you for a wee while, are you well ?

Hi Anneasquith,
I think that I'm not very well just now. I recently had a chest
x-ray and it shows nothing untoward. My bloods showed nothing worrying, though BP in a bit higher than is good for me.
So, I don't know where I am. Just pre-Covid I was walking 40km some days. Now I really struggle to walk a couple of hundreds MTs to my local shop.
have you tried an on-line search on the ST website?

Zacs-M,
What's that?
Good news re chest x ray and bloods.
Maybe getting old like the rest of us Sandy?
Do you require your gp to examine your legs specifically ?
Google it - it will probably be quicker.

Anneasquith,
When I last saw my Dr he did examine my pins.
Apart from a swollen left foot I'd thought they were the least of my worries.
I fear I'm suffering from decrepitude, as we might all do in time.
Did you make that word up Sandy ?
Maybe take some multivitamins, don’t think they will do you any harm.
Although sqad may disagree with me .
anne! Hadrian's Wall has a lot to answer for ;)

I like that word...it's a good all purpose description for when we feel a bit like poo.
