A quick Google reveals that this feeble dribble ("The existence of love is proof that God is" - puhlease, Louise...) is cut and pasted from the Watchtower, as per usual.

Why should they have to have something to offer? - Atheists don't indoctrinate people -don't go door to door preaching Atheism so why should they be required to offer anything either spiritual or otherwise? I am Pagan -I have nothing to offer - don't try to convert anyone -certainly don't criticise or hate anyone for their religion - disagree yes but disrespect never .

Another goodlife classic, but where to begin? are we to understand that love existed before god? that means that god was not the creator as he was preceded by love which was created by ....? Sadly goodlife you will never understand why man was created because there simply is no 'why'. Some say that those who don't answer questions are either ignorant or don't want to answer because they are ashamed of the answers. Some others say anything rather than admit their ignorance. Some say that they know all the answers to all the questions but fall conveniently silent when put to the test. Some are sad, just very sad. :-(

Instead you offer us more homilies, straight out of the "big book of trite tails and saying praise the lord".
Like the whole circular argument about love. The fact that there is an emotion, an attribute, a condition called love is not proof of god at all - and you most certainly can have love without god - we have been experiencing it for millennia.
You continue to assert that "god most definitely exists" without offering any evidence or proof. Your faith is simply that - faith. It is not evidence of anything.It is precisely as rational as believing that the earth is flat, or that money left under the pillow in exchange for a tooth comes from the tooth fairy. There is no evidence that mankind was created. And uur stewardship of the earth, whilst having some glaring problems, is still much much better than if we followed biblical guidance.
I was not aware Matthew mentioned atheists. I was all set for a good read, then found out that he did not, after all, mention atheists. Bit of dramatic licence on your part there, Goodlife. And we only have to look to the JW for numerous examples of false prophets, don't we? There is a whole list of failed prophecies emanating from the JWs....
As far as I am concerned, every hellfire and damnation preacher, every vicars sermon invoking an eternity in hell, every drive by poster in discussion forums offering a little story that suggests that we should be grateful for - well nothing substantive really - is evidence of an imaginary god whose followers revel in seeking converts through fear. Those who preach the end days,seek notoriety, seek publicity and are most definitely attempting to scare people into believing.
You continue to use this forum as a pulpit for sermonising. You refuse to engage with criticism, or comment or discuss points with other posters. You continue your established pattern of intellectual dishonesty, regurgitating unattributed turgid prose from watchtower.

No, we'd all still have to brush our teeth, go to work, have lunch, put some charge in the phone.
