Jobsworth From The Council!

Having to organise alot of uplifts from my mums house,and contacted the council to get one,have to get receipts,didnt think at the time,so i rang and asked for a receipt,gave him the reference number,and he said yep see it on my screen,but i cant give you a receipt,should have asked at the time,What!!,i have to go down to the bank and get a statement and show it to my legal chappie,i hate jobsworths

Anyone half professional would have had a reciept already written out for you, how can they prove what they did or didn't take?

Why couldn't he just do a screen print of your receipt poodi?

Fife council never ask if you need one,i have emailed them that they should ask if a person requires one

Sometimes the attitude changes when you ask this.

(Mind you, sometimes you get a bigger jobsworth)
