refuse collectors leeds

message to ummmm, what exactly do refuge collectors collect? but on a serious note, they cannot expect people to accept a pay cut, when the people in charge, do't have to. but i wonder who is going to clean this mess up. and will the refuse collectors get overtime for this?

Where I live they collect all my rubbish. Some houses would have about 8 bin bags out. They do not know what are in these bins.

They also collect my paper, cans/plastic and all my wine bottles :-)
