One of my favourite bits has got to be when Liz was hiding behind the chair in Lloyds flat, the facial expressions on Steves face were a tonic, can anyone remember just how many bedrooms you have seen on Corrie in 50 yrs?
The only ones I remember are when Reg Holdsworth and the actress Sherrie Hewson did the waterbed scene (hilarious) and when poor old Stan Ogden was laid up with a broken leg, I think, and Blanche refers to th "front room" and yet there's only one window at the front of the house, has anyone else got any little observations in the soaps, I would love to hear.
I remember the one where Sean was upstairs having a quickie with Michelle's boyfriend, Sonny when there was the bomb scare. Sonny didn't want to go outside in case he was spotted so Sean said "Use the back entrance !!"
A brilliant bit of scriptwriting there. For those who don't get it......... think about it lol
i haven't seen it for weeks but i thankfully caught the young lad in the butchers shop magicaly turning into fred, i say turning into fred when he puts freds old hat on .
dead real it was, that sort of thing happens all the time round here.
When the Corrie script writers set to it, the one liners surpass all other soaps, but the Ken Barlow saga is a bit daft though, I love the newie Graham in the butchers shop and believe it or not, I am starting to see a "nicer" side to Gary Windass, although I really think the dad is a bit of a waste, they are trying to ressurect another Les Battersby and it isn't working, one of my favourites has got to be Amber, what a good little actress she is.
