Music in Ramsey's British Nightmares

Played in the background 45minutes into the episode (Aired 22:00 30/01/09) was a piece of classical music (think it's a cello and piano) it's been featured in lots of things, pretty sure O2 used it as their 'on hold' music as well as their adverts. It's really really annoying not knowing!!
