Used to see this strange voodooish bloke regularly when I travelled into Manchester by road. That was just over a year ago. Does he still stand at prominent road junctions during the morning rush hour with his placard no matter what the weather was like?

He was in sale a couple of months ago - must move around a lot i think , i didnt know what he was advertising at 1st till i googled and found out .. : )
