Ann Darwin charged with fraud.

I'm hogging the chatterbank so move her cos I've no one to talk to in reality today. But do you think her husband showed up because Ann Darwin threatened to kill him? She would have got away with murder becasue he was already dead. I can't think of another reason he turned himself in. And today the judged ruled she's a liar so do you (like me) think he returned in fear of his wife?
