Climate change doesn't exist. It's just the natural cycle of things. It's also just another excuse for the politicians to raise more taxes.
Just because its 'the natural cycle of things' doesnt mean it doesnt exist. Climate does change all the time. During Roman times, in what is now the UK, it was a lot warmer. The Romans were able to grow and harvest grapes outdoors as far north as Lincoln. We're only just starting to get those conditions back now.

Apparently, listening to a programme on Radio 4 a few weeks ago, the best guess is that by 2080, temperatures in the UK might rise by 4.5 degrees. Now, to me, that doesnt actually sound a lot, given all the talk of panic and imminent end of the World that has been widely forecast. Ok, most of us wont be around in 2080, but that actually sounds quite pleasant to me.
if you had been in London 130,000 years ago you would have seen animals which you now only see in Africa. For example they found an elephant skeleton in trafalgar square and the remains of hippos all along the River Thames. They also found the bones of lions and hyenas in the London area so it can get a lot hotter then it is today.

Whether we are headed for another period as hot as that seems quite likely judging by some of the temperature charts made over the past couple of decades using ice and Ocean cores but it will probably take a few hundred years to get that a hot again.
