What makes a Supercasino so super?

Not sure where to post this, but here goes. We were talking at work about how there has been a lot in the news about the proposed new Supercasino. Now apparently it is to become 6 "not quite so super" but still different casino's. What makes a Supercasino different from existing casino's. Is it perhaps size in acreage, amount of people who can join or money prizes that can be won. Does anyone know?

I think it's a relative thing as the proposed supercasino was going to be something like 20 times as big as any other casino in the UK.
