Does Armpit Stubbles Damage My T-Shirt?

So I trimmed my armpit hairs for the first time yesterday. Besides feeling uncomfortable I’m scarred that the 1mm stubbles are going to damage my T-shirt’s. But it just could be that I’m paranoid :)
