At our friends’ wedding, along with other Italian delicacies, we were served spaghetti and meatballs – and they’re Baptists!
I suppose it would be OK as long as he tied up all that 'orrible hair into a bun, so it didn't flop into his plate !
Makes more sense to me than conventional weddings. FSM has the true answer to life on Earth.
Whatever you want to eat is entirely suitable for a wedding. Quite honestly it would be a change from the far more boring roast dinner that seems to be thought of as suitable. Why wouldn't it be? It would show up the mucky people who don't know how to eat spaghetti properly!!

I think the import of my question has been overlooked. Spaghetti has a special significance for Pastafarians. Imagine being offered unleavened bread and wine at a Christian reception. You might think there was a hidden agenda.

Sandy....I think the main problem here, if there is one, is that New Zealand government approved to conduct legal marriages in 2015 in the first place.

Wine at a Christian wedding.... surely not. Halal meat at a Muslim celebration... heaven forfend. Pasta at a Pasterfarian wedding? Shocking....!!
