he should be made to do community service in a military service mess hall, get a load of squaddies on his case that will sort the little toerag out.
so thats 2.3 hours a week......no doubt so it doesnt interfere with his normal daily routine...laughable

I'm actually uncomfortable with idea of sentencing people for 'offensive' remarks. It isn't a question of free speech but unless there is a risk of public disorder I would have thought a more sensible approach would be to have the offending items removed asap. This applies equally in my mind to Twitter garbage, Facebook 'jokes' or deliberately inflammatory religious material.
