I think the majority of people who visit this site are older and generally don't play pranks. So the ideas may be few and far between hence my suggesting google.

You never know though. Leave it a day or so you may get some replies.

let's just deconstruct the question slightly. First, are we seriously asked to believe that in today's litigious society, a school would serve up drink to young people that came in anything other than sealed containers? Heaven forfend that a fly, an eyelash or a fleck of dust may have entered 'the punchbowl', let alone drugs.
For the same reasons of health and safety, most high schools also opt to hold their event at a hired venue, not at school.
Putting drugs in people's food or drink is not funny, it is creepy, sad and risky. I suggest you do a streak and let the world be amazed at your wondrous development. That will be so funny that there won't be a dry leg in the house.

The only kind of prank that happened at our was that the voting for the most dedicated booley mandem person got rigged so this teachers pet who isn't a chav etc got the award.

why not wear something funny/fancy dress under your clothes and at a set time go to toilet and change, then go into main hall do a funny routine or something and have a bit of fun

As a High School teacher I have been to many proms. Pranks are not part of the night's events. The students have a lovely buffet dinner and enjoy wearing their formal attire. Though their clothing is quite a juxtaposition to to the dancing they do. (SMH) There is absolutely no alcohol served on the premises, not even for the staff. The police will do random limousine checks and impound the cars and arrest the drivers if any alcohol is found in the car.
It seems the tradition here stems from a European tradition known as the "Leavers' Ball".
The horrible prom night stories found in the media are usually what goes on at the "After Party" which is not a school sponsored event. These are held in clubs that cater to the under 21 crowd. There are often fights and all types of "chavish" behavior. (My new word LOL)
Viagra or other drugs could be dangerous. Don't do it!
