Hey ABers

Can't for the life of me remember which female singer died after being "run over" by a motorboat in Mexico.

Can't get passed Cyndi lauper - and I know its not her.

Can anyone help? ta

It was indeed Kirsty McColl, scuba diving with her teenage children, and surfacing in a 'no go area' for boats, only to be run down and killed by a speed boat. One of her sons was saved from a similar fate only because his air tank took the force of the impact. To date I believe her family are still trying to get the boat driver prosecuted.
