Am looking for a site with ideas for a short speech to be given at a 50th wedding anniversary...can anyone help...or even one you heard and thought was great....

I had to say a few words at my brother's 40th a few years ago. I congratulated them on still being on speaking terms after so long. I recalled their wedding and said it felt like a different world - it IS a different world - everyone has rights, no-one has obligations - standards aren't what they used to be - duty to set their children off in the world to the very best they can - children now standing on own two feet ("or four feet" there being two!) etc. Keep it short and clean and in keeping with the facts and the audience will be with you.
