Don't know about stairs, but Angel has the longest escalator and Hampstead is the furthest below ground...

Hampstead has the greatest depth of 221 ft. 67.4m but I still think "Bank" has the longest flight(s) of stairs or escalators.

How about Russell Square withe 275 steps (plus the extra ones they put on on Monday mornings)
