I doubt it. It must be around 80 kilometres from the 2 places and Trapanj is off the main vehicular route.
Buses will almost certainly run on the Dubrovnik-Ston-Orebic-Korcula Town route - you've have to alight at Orebic and take another bus over the windy route to Trapanj (or a taxi).
The alternative is taking the main coastal route up to Ploce, then a ferry across the narrow strip of sea.
The best I can do is give you the phone number of the tourist office in Trapanj, who may be able to help further.
