Hi,
What does "no later than 14 days prior to the Hearing" mean? If the hearing is on for example, the 16th and 14 days prior to that is the 2nd, does that mean that the other party receiving info on the 2nd is ok? Or does it mean that the latest the info can be received is on the 1st and the 2nd would be too late? Sorry for the silly question but getting it wrong could be costly! Thanks, D
