If your meaning Charing Cross then they built them about 8 years ago I think....not long after that if at all....there is only one bridge at St. G's cross and that is the flyover that runs into Great Western Road so it can't be that and Chraing Cross is just a quarter of a mile up the road so it could be you have them confused?
