quickly looked up culturist (www.thefreedictionary.com) to see if it was me misunderstanding the use of the word; they define a culturist as: 'A cultivator, One who is an advocate of culture'. The word culture has many uses and meanings but i believe that in this instance it is refering to culture as a social process, obviously this process could be geared towards racism such as the Nazi's cultural process which attempted to establish and legitimise aryan supremacy but it could also just as likely be geared towards a peace process, religion, or anything else. So YES it is possible to be a culturist and not a racist... hope this helps.
