As far as i can remember, i've seen him there for at least Ten years. For those who don't know he's on the Oundle Rd adjacent to Ferry Meadows golf course / The Granary Beefeater. He also has his own golf clubs !!

His name's David Walker. He briefly emigrated to Bourne a few years ago for a sojourn in a then-derelict shop doorway where he could indulge his predilection for Carlsberg Special Brew. Glad to hear he's still fit and well. Must be the golf!
