Are there great white sharks in egypt?

My friend is off to egypt in a couple of weeks and wanted to know if there are great white sharks there as she wants to go diving with them. She is going to sharm el sheik..

Great White sharks are found in most temperate waters including the Red Sea off Egypt.
I wouldn't recommend going for a swim with them though,they've got very big teeth!

Hey there, mighty, I hear that Great Whites were once thought to be present in the Red Sea, but that this has since had been proved wrong. However, hammerhead, white-tipped, gray, silky, and thresher have all been seen.

I believe Great Whites have attacked humans in the Med. so beware !
