Is it possible to find out who owns a certain disused US military site (on UK soil), or what the site's name is?

There is very little on the internet or in other information I can find about it.

All US sites (disused or used) are owned by our MOD and leased to the United States. USAF Lakenheath is acually RAF Lakenheath

Sorry to our American friends, I meant all US military sites in the UK

In international law, any US military sites on not on US soil would have to leave when the the home country asked them to
