Funny, I was looking at it on Amazon and my best friend just gave it to me the other day. I haven't read it all yet (no time!) but when I have finished it, I hope I will be 1)slimmer 2) richer 3) have a fab boyfriend. Joking! it sound interesting so far, alot of it is positive thinking, we let ourselves be ruled by our mind, always chattering on about this that and the other. There isn't the hype about it here (Ireland) as there seems to be in the UK.

Hi, I have only read first few pages. I think it is about positve thinking, but I suppose if it works. You could of just asked for a rich boyfriend!!!!
