How can anyone find who is the landlord of a residential property? A house near me has been rented out but is empty just now and I would like to rent it if possible. Its not a council house and they cant help.Is there a register or something?

Hi banana, go to www.landregisteronline.gov.uk and click on property enquiry. That will tell you who at least owns the place. All you need is the correct address of the property. There's a fee of �2. Hope this helps!
