Am moving next week and have just confirmed with a local company that they will re-locate a full tank of heating oil to my friend's place for a very modest sum. She gets oil less 25% and I get 75% of the purchase price less the fee. Considering I was set to lose the lot, I'll call that a result! Local is good.
