You could try Camden, there is a great market there where you can see and buy a very wide variety of things. the market and most of the shops are open Sunday's. You can get there by underground tube on the Northen line.
Don't forget The Wheel!

Take an open-top bus tour of the main touristy sites....you can jump on and off all day with the one ticket.   Also the Underground will take you anywhere in a matter of minutes  Get an off-peak weekend travel pass which covers buses and Docklands Light Railway too. Take DLR to Greenwich and travel back to Westminster by riverboat from the Cutty Sark. You could end up exhausted over a weekend.

Have a great time!

PS....don't go to Harrods on a Sunday....it's shut!  At least it was when we went.
