Does anyone know where I can get a knitting pattern for a child's sweater with the skull and crossbones on the front. My grandson requests, so hope someone can help!

Ebay have a huge selection of patterns.. ..you may strike lucky there .
Have a look here

Scroll right down ..I think this is from Zoe Mellor .You can buy her books at any good bookshop but if you only need one pattern they may have the book at your local library or can get it for you.
John Lewis do a good selection of patterns too.
Kate Buller does a book called "Style your own Kids Knits " which you can get from Amazon .

I'm sure this has the skull and crossbones graph .
Or how about this
