Has anyone been to one? I have been invited but when I googled it it said a sales consultant would help you all the way and to be honest it doesn't sound like my idea of fun. I haven't any money to spare, will only know 1 person there and am not really familiar with these type of 'selling parties'. What shall I expect? Is it as bad as I think?!

It's just an hour or two of hard sell. I personally wouldn't go unless you want to buy some cookware.
I've never been to one, never heard of it before. Just had a look on the website and I'm always worried when they don't give any prices for their products. ....I wouldn't go.
I've been to one...usually the person hosting it at their house provides some drinks and snacks. A company rep then tells you about the company and some of the products and she plays various bits of a DVD with demonstrations and things on it. Then you get to look at a brochure and order anything you liked the look of. If you're not going to want to buy any kitchen wares its really not worth going, but if you love your kitchen his stuff is really good :)
