which boots?

i'm stuck on which length boots to buy, i want some new boots to wear with skirts and with jeans, jeans tucked into boots and turn ups. but should i get knee highs or 3/4 length, i just can't decide which looks best. any advice???

knee-highs, just please please please don't do that thing where the skirt ends where the boots begin!

I dont know...i think 3/4 look good with turned up jeans. Would recommend that you just try on a whole load, see which suit you best and go with those!

What are your calves like?  (Sorry, that sounded a bit pervy!)

The point I'm making is, if they're chunky, and your 3/4 boots finish at the chunkiest bit of your leg, then that will draw attention to them, which you probably don't want.  Most people go in at the knee, so I agree, knee-length is probably best - more slimming, anyway.  On the other hand, if you're one of those incredibly annoying ultra-slim people who don't have to worry about this sort of thing, then just choose whichever pair takes your fancy in the shop!!
