TV Licence goes on for ever?

I've just been checking the expiry date on my TV licence and it clearly states that it runs out on 29th February, 2005. Now, as this date is clearly not part of the current year (February finishes on the 28th this year) am I entitled to wait until the 29th February 2005 does come around before renewing? As this will require a massive re-calculation of dates etc. (change over to Utopian Calendar?) this is unlikely in the short term, so my licence will never run out as the expiry date will never be reached. (and to get in first, maybe I'm "leaping" to conclusions!)

Nice try Hippy! Unfortunately it won't work and you'll need to renew the licence before the 28th Feb. The licence is only valid upto the last day of the relavent calender month!

I've just checked mine and its the same, so obviously a printing error occured somewhere along the line.
