Any nice book ideas for gifts?

At work we want to do some gifts of books for people.... but the kind of book that is a perfect coffee table book..

We like Jack Vettriano the artist
and also Ian Rankin the photographer does a good book

But what other books are out there - what would appeal to a wide audience and make you want to pick it up no matter what your interests?

Is there a book that has pictures of the same day taken all around the world or something??? WHats it called?

All ideas welcome and appreciated!
