Hoping someone can help me out! After over 12 months of court hearings and lies, my partner and I have finally been able to get a Charging Order put on the property of our former landlord, who did not pay into the Tenancy Deposit Scheme. However we now have to register this with the Land Registry, but when calling them, they weren't very helpful, just told me they were going to send me some information.

Does anyone know what this process is? Or advice on a quicker way to get our money!!!
