Is it possible to take the trolley to the car?

I used to use the Nottingham branch and they have bollards to prevent people from taking trolleys to the car, it was a real pain! Especially if you went alone.

I want to go to the Edmonton branch tomorrow and need to know!

Haven't been to the Edmonton one, but that seems to be standard practice - they have the bollards at both Edinburgh and Glasgow. You are supposed to go and get your car and bring it to the loading area and then load up, but when you are on your own, you get a bit worried that someone is going to disappear with the stuff you have paid for while you are getting the car. Your best bet is to take a few large bags to carry the portable stuff with you to the car when you go to collect it and take the chance that no-one is going to leg it with your flat pack while you are away. I am sure that they usually have a few staff around supervising, you could ask one of them to mind the trolly for you.
Yes I have been to the one in Edmonton many times and you can take your trolley to the car.

It is best to park underneath the building rather than outside.
