ISTD dancing grades

Its about 10 years since I last took an ISTD dancing exam. I was considering finishing off what I had left to do in tap and modern (feet probably wouldnt last a ballet class now!) and then try and get my associate but after looking at the ISTD website it looks like they have had a resuffle. There didnt seem to be any mention of pre-ele and elementary. I finished dancing just before I took my intermediate exams so would only have had advanced left to take. Can anyone explain what has happened and if I was to try to get my associate where would I start?
