will an 8gb work in a k800?

I thought the limit was 4gb on sony phones

Yeah 8Gb works on k800i Chuck but some people have reported a slight lagging on their phone but i got a couple of friends who both say they have had no problems with lagging on their k800is with 8GB memory stick,so its a bit hit and miss.either way im getting one bcoz they are sooo cool lol.

I stayed away from an 8gb for my W910 because I read so much about people having problems with them. though it now seems a lot of people say they will work but the free space reports incorrectly.

that said 4gb is good for about 70+ full albums :)

Yeah its a tricky one chuck but my plan is to buy an 8GB and if i have any problems at all then im gonna sell it straight away on ebay and buy a 4GB card,the 4GB would be perfect for me and i probably wouldnt even use up all the memory on that one alone but ive just gotta try out the 8GB and the bragging rights that come with it lol
